C.A.R.E. Program (Care, Awareness, Resources & Education) |
| Offers individual and group services for adults (25 & up) living with HIV/AIDS in the Westside and near Southside of Chicago. The C.A.R.E. program offers workshops focusing on prevention related topics for those living with HIV/AIDS to encourage healthier lifestyles. Also support groups that help reinforce coping skills, decrease psychosocial stress associated with living with HIV/AIDS. Also, there are individual (prevention/risk reduction) counseling sessions offered for a more personal one on one discussion. All services are offered in English and Spanish. |

NANDI Program |
| NANDI- works with African American young women from the ages of 12-24. The program consists of five sessions of education interventions dealing with many issues that are affecting young women today: Sexually Transmitted Infections, HIV/AIDS, Dating and Relationships, Prevention Barriers/Abstinence, Self Esteem, Drugs/Alcohol, and Domestic Violence/Abuse. |

M.U.R.A.L. (Men United for Responsible Action and Leadership) |
| MURAL is an HIV prevention program for young heterosexual men who are considered at high risk for HIV/STI infection. Our program helps our participants identify their level of risk and teaches them various ways to prevent disease infection and unplanned pregnancy. Our four sessions include the following topics: Men’s Health; HIV; Sexually Transmitted Infections; Condoms and Abstinence; and Communication.
